Denver Police Arrest second person in string of bike thefts

A second man was charged Friday by the Denver District Attorney in connection with a rash of bicycle thefts from downtown apartments.

Victor Herrera, 55, was charged with 16 counts of second-degree burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools, according to a news release from the district attorney's office.
